Alyson was first introduced to the world of television as the cohost of Mike's Super Short Show on Disney Channel. The show was a hit with the older generations as Missy Elliott Work It's Little Pigtailed Dancer aged seven. Alyson was born in the month of August 1993 was a model, singer, actress and songwriter. Stoner started the post off by saying that she doesn't tell others what's good for her. However, she was keen to talk about how ditching animal products had helped her physical as well as mental wellbeing.
