The cover of Gear magazine showed her partly dressed to challenge that image. Jessica's behavior caused a lot of controversy with her fans. When she performed in the 6th season on 7th Heaven, Jessica left. Her acclaimed performance in the role of a teenager Casey Jackson in the film Ulee's Gold brought her instant recognition. For this film, she received the award for Best Young Supporting actress. Summer Catch is a great example of her talent. Her movie Rules of Attraction did not be a huge success, despite her impressive performance. The horror film The Texas Chainshaw Massacre brought her to the notice by the media. In addition, she has been in suspenseful movies and proven herself to be an actor.
